Content policy
What you can create and share with Twistavo, and how these rules are enforced.
Scope
This policy applies to everything you upload, write, generate, remix or share with Twistavo: AI Studio, Scene Recast, the creative studios, the Studio and its community library, and characters. It completes the Terms of Service; if they differ, the stricter rule applies.
Real people need their consent
Do not create or share content showing a real, identifiable person without their consent. Before you transform a source, every recognisable person in it must have given written consent, and you must be able to show it on request.
No deepfakes, face swaps or lookalikes of celebrities, public figures, politicians or private people, no impersonation, and nothing that suggests a real person endorses a product or said something they did not say. Prompts that name public figures are refused.
No minors, adult characters only
A source that shows an identifiable minor is not allowed, even with a parent’s permission. Never create content that depicts, sexualises or endangers a minor.
Characters are fictional adults: the official cast, the characters you create and AI influencer profiles must look and be described as adults.
No nudity or sexual content
No nudity, sexual acts, sexualised poses or fetish content, of real or fictional people.
No hate, harassment or violence
No content that attacks or demeans people for who they are (origin, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability or any other protected characteristic), and no harassment, bullying or threats.
No graphic violence or gore, no content that promotes or glorifies violence, terrorism, self-harm or dangerous acts, and no realistic violence against a real person.
No illegal or deceptive content
No illegal content, scams or fraud, and nothing made to mislead people about real events, such as fabricated footage presented as real news.
Respect intellectual property
Use only sources you filmed, own or are allowed to use. Do not use licensed characters (films, series, games, comics, anime), brands, logos or other protected works you do not own. Prompts that name licensed characters or brands are refused.
Twistavo does not license music. Shared videos are muted; if you keep the original sound of a source, its rights are your responsibility.
Label AI content
Twistavo marks generated videos as AI-generated, in the file and with a visible AI label in the service. Do not remove or hide this marking.
When you publish realistic content showing people, say that it was generated or manipulated with AI and use the platform’s own label (for example “AI info” on Instagram or “AI-generated content” on TikTok).
Sharing in the community library
Sharing is optional for each video and you can unpublish it at any time. Only videos made with the official characters or your own fictional characters, from a source you filmed or may use, can be shared. Your first shared video is reviewed before it appears. Shared videos show your public pseudonym, never your name or email address.
Report content: “It’s me”
Anyone can report a community video or a public character with its Report button, without an account. If it shows you, or your video, without your consent, choose “It’s me, or my video, without my consent”: the content is hidden at once until a moderator decides. Reports of a minor or of nudity hide it at once too, and so do reports from 3 different people for any reason.
You can also email contact@azeria-it.com with the link to the content and the reason.
How these rules are enforced
Prompts and instructions are checked against a list of blocked names, brands and words before any credit is reserved. The AI providers apply their own moderation and may refuse a request; a refused generation returns its credits.
Moderators may review, hide or remove content, warn a member, suspend community access or close an account. Credits spent on content that breaks this policy are not refunded. When a moderator acts on your content, you receive the reason by email and can contest the decision by replying to it. Unlawful content may be reported to the authorities as the law requires.
