AI-generated content

Images and videos generated on Twistavo are created by artificial intelligence. They are virtual images (“Images virtuelles”), even when they look real or start from a real photo or video.

Article 50 of the EU Artificial Intelligence Act (Regulation (EU) 2024/1689) requires AI-generated images and videos to be marked as artificially generated in a machine-readable format, and realistic deepfakes to be disclosed. Keep any AI marking or label that Twistavo or its AI providers add to a file, and disclose that realistic content showing people was artificially generated when you publish it.

In France, commercial influence content that uses an AI-generated face or body must carry the notice “Images virtuelles” (Law No. 2023-451 of 9 June 2023, Article 5).
